Underwriting to ABLV Bank, AS first public offer of bonds has been completed. The investors were offered bonds in EUR and USD with maturity term of 2 years.

Starting from 16 January 2012, ABLV Asset Management, IPAS, offers an opportunity to acquire shares of corporate bond fund ABLV High Yield CIS Bond Fund¹ in Russian roubles.

AB.LV Private Equity Fund 2010 purchased 1 090 844 shares of Grindeks public issue from Russian company Pharmstandard. The purchased shares ensure voting rights equal to 11.38% of the share capital, and the fund is going to use those rights directly and independently.

8 September this year was the closing date for submitting applications for purchasing subordinated bonds issued under third Aizkraukles Banka (AB.LV) emission. Yesterday (15 September), settlement under the bond purchase has been performed. The applications received exceeded the bond issue amount by 16%. The bonds have been purchased both by individuals and corporate entities.
