Amendments in ABLV Investment Fund Details

We would like to informthat on 2 October 2017 the amendments to the regulations, prospectuses and basic information for investors of the ABLV Asset Management, IPAS managed investment funds is entering into force due to new provisions of the Law on Investment Companies.

Main amendments to the regulations:

  • updated information about the license number of ABLV Asset Management, IPAS;
  • other wording changes introduced.

Main amendments in the prospectuses:

  • updated information about the license number of ABLV Asset Management, IPAS;
  • updated list of Members of Council of ABLV Asset Management, IPAS;
  • based on the new provisions of the Law on Investment Companies, there is a new chapter “Remuneration Policy” introduced in the documents, as well as information about the custodian bank’s duties and keeping funds’ assets with the agency companies is updated;
  • updated appendixes “The Fund’s performance indicators over previous three years”;
  • other wording changes introduced.

Main amendments in the basic information for investors:

  • based on the new provisions of the Law on Investment Companies, the documents are supplemented with the details of the supervising institution Financial and Capital Market Commission and information about the availability of current IPAS remuneration policy to the investors is added;
  • other wording changes introduced.

The amendments to the documents of the mutual funds have been registered by the Financial and Capital Market Commission on 22 August 2017.
