About ABLV Bank extraordinary general meeting of shareholders

On 21 September this year, there was ABLV Bank, AS extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held.

At the general meeting, shareholders decided to approve the bank’s condensed consolidated financial report for the first half of 2012, and also decided to include the bank’s profit for the first half of the year, equal to LVL 5 697 774, in the bank’s Tier 1 equity capital as retained profit.
