List of creditor’s claim

In relation to ongoing judicial liquidation of ABLV Bank Luxembourg, S.A. ruled by a decision of the District Court of Luxembourg dated 2^nd July 2019, creditors must have filed statements of claim by January 10^th 2020 with the clerk of the District Court of Luxembourg (hereinafter – “the Court”).

In accordance with the above-mentioned decision, the judicial liquidators prepared a list of the claims that they consider eligible.

In order to avoid any misunderstanding, please be informed that according to the decision of the District Court of Luxembourg dated 2^nd July 2019, the list of creditors considered by the judicial liquidators as eligible is, at this stage, not yet definitive.

Given the above-mentioned rules, relationship manager can only verbally confirm the provisional eligibility of the claim over a registered telephone number.

Creditors can verify the provisional eligibility of claim at the following address: Tribunal d'Arrondissement de et à Luxembourg, 6ème section, Cité Judiciaire,7, rue du Saint Esprit, L-2010.

As mentioned hereinbefore, the liquidators shall inform individually such creditors whose claim has been definitively accepted by simple letter.
